Dr. Kindra Veith recently completed her Audiology Residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. While there, Dr. Veith specialized in audiologic intervention services including cochlear implants, hearing aids, and bone anchored hearing systems. She also completed rotations that included vestibular diagnostics, tinnitus management, and pediatric and adult comprehensive hearing assessments. Dr. Veith enjoys problem solving with patient-centered care and cultivating relationships with her patients.

Dr. Veith comes to Northgate Hearing Services with a Doctorate of Audiology and Master’s Degree of Healthcare Administration from Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR. She grew up in Portland, OR and recently moved to Seattle with her husband and dog. She enjoys getting outside with her family, fitness, wine, animals, and traveling.

Rochelle Wong is completing her Audiological Residency at Northgate Hearing Services prior to completing her AuD through Arizona State University. Her clinical experience has been gained through clinical rotations in otolaryngology offices, private practice clinics, and a 5-week rotation in Malawi, Africa where she became passionate about working with hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other implantable devices. Rochelle has volunteered within the Deaf community, as well as training hearing dogs for individuals who need more than devices to improve their access to sounds and overall improved quality of life. She intends to utilize her prior experiences in order to provide the best comprehensive audiological services, aural rehabilitation and audiologic treatment to provide additional resources for her patients here at Northgate Hearing Services.

Rochelle was born and raised in Seattle and is a University of Washington Alumni. She spends her free time playing ultimate frisbee and video games, trying to cook/bake new recipes, and spending time travelling with friends and family.

Randi Baker is the Office Manager at Northgate Hearing Services.

After spending 11 years as a licensed Surgical Technician and Medical Assistant as well as Marketing Director for an 8-surgeon Ophthalmology practice, Randi decided to begin a new position in the medical field within Audiology. She is one of the first people you will speak to from setting up your appointments, to helping with any billing questions or information about our hearing devices. She loves interacting with all of our patients and strives to make all of their visits pleasant.

Randi was born and raised in Seattle in the town of Ballard.   

She is 100% Norwegian, speaks Norwegian fluently and has traveled to visit Norway most of her life.  She loves spending time with her son and daughter, traveling, cooking and volunteering.

Dr. Melanie Hecker has been practicing Audiology since 2010, primarily within medical private practices. Her specialties are tinnitus treatment/management and comprehensive audiological services. Dr. Hecker has also spent many years of her career working with hearing aid manufacturers, which delivers her patients exceptional expertise and knowledge in dealing with hearing aid technology. 

Dr. Hecker grew up in Florida, received her doctorate in Maryland and has resided in Washington for the last 8 years. She is the mother to one wonderful son, Pierce. Outside of clinic, Dr. Hecker spends her time traveling, running and reading.

Sabrina Habib is the Audiology Assistant at Northgate Hearing Services.

Born in Kenya, Sabrina speaks fluent Somali and some Arabic. She comes from a multilingual, immigrant household of five girls and has lived in various states throughout the U.S. 

She will be one of the first faces to greet you and check you in at the clinic. She’ll also be answering your calls and scheduling your appointments.

Outside of the clinic, Sabrina also works with refugee and immigrant youth serving as a cultural liaison, utilizing her language and cultural skills to facilitate communication and advocate for community needs.

She enjoys hiking, cooking/baking, arts & crafts, martial arts and making trips to the beach any chance she gets. 

Sabrina’s ultimate goal is to provide the highest patient support and create community at the clinic.

Marian Brightwell is the Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Northgate Hearing Services.

She lives in Henderson, Nevada but was born and raised in the Philippines. She is fluent in Tagalog and English.  

Marian fuses her creative skills and passion for graphic design to keep Northgate Hearing Services’ marketing content and materials up-to-date, aesthetically pleasing and fun! She also manages our social media platforms to provide hearing health info to our online readers.

Marian holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship. She also loves to travel, watch movies, outdoor activities and play with her puppy dog.

Marian aims to deliver the latest news and updates on hearing health and audiology to our patients at Northgate Hearing Services!

Angelica Cruz is the Administrative Assistant at Northgate Hearing Services.

Angelica assists in taking care of the needs of our Doctors so they can focus better on our patients. She also makes sure that our online audiences are updated daily through our social media platforms.

Prior to working with the Northgate Hearing Services team, Angelica flew South East Asia as a flight attendant, an airline in the Philippines. She has also worked for several entrepreneurs in the United Kingdom as a virtual administrative assistant and customer service representative. Angelica also manages her own online clothing business.

Angelica is based in the Philippines and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism. She speaks English, Tagalog, some Cebuano and Bisaya languages – which are just a few of the many dialects of her home country.

Angelica enjoys her free time by exercising, watching movies, enjoying outdoor activities and spending time with her daughter, Anika.

Her ultimate goal is to travel the world and have the best life for Anika.


As of April 27, 2020, the office has reopened to further support patient care needs. In an effort to keep our patients, staff and community safe, we will be limiting the number of patients seen per day. We will be creating time buffers between patients to assist in social distancing and in-depth cleaning between appointments. Read more
